FARO Orbis is a mobile laser scanner that combines fast SLAM data acquisition on the move and stationary Flash scanning in one device. It helps to efficiently document large sites, buildings, and complex spaces both indoors and outdoors.
The device provides an operating range of up to 120 m, 360° image acquisition, and automatic data registration. In Flash mode, precise stationary scans can be performed in approximately 15 seconds, while mobile mode accelerates full site data acquisition.
The FARO Stream app provides control and real-time visualization, while FARO Connect, SCENE, and Sphere XG assist in processing, registering, and sharing point clouds.
