Mobile AR platform for visual quality control in production
Twyn is a mobile platform developed by Visometry for visual quality control using augmented reality. It precisely overlays a 3D CAD model onto the real part via a tablet camera, enabling immediate comparison between the planned and actual state.
Twyn Studio enables engineers to prepare inspection scenarios from 3D CAD data, while Twyn View transforms an iOS tablet into a mobile inspection tool. Automatic object registration, deviation visualization, and digital documentation of results facilitate inspections directly on the shop floor. We provide Twyn solutions and assist in evaluating their suitability for your quality control processes.
