HandyPROBE is a portable optical CMM system for production environments, designed for precise inspection of geometric features, parts, and fixtures. The armless probe, optical tracker, and flexible measurement volume ensure simple operation without rigid measurement setups.
The system is suitable for shop floors and unstable conditions. Parts, trackers, and the wireless probe can be moved freely while maintaining reliable measurements. Automatic measurement volume expansion helps process larger objects without significant loss of accuracy.
HandyPROBE Next+ and Next+ Elite offer accuracy up to 0.025 mm, dynamic environment compensation, and setup assistance tools. It can be combined with MetraSCAN 3D to integrate probing and full-surface 3D scanning into a single workflow.
