MetraSCAN 3D is an optical CMM 3D scanner for manufacturing and metrology professionals who require fast, accurate, and reliable quality control data. It is suitable for measuring parts of various sizes, materials, surface finishes, and complexities.
The three-in-one system operates in C-Track mode, standalone mode for tight spaces, and probing mode with HandyPROBE. The dynamic referencing system ensures reliable results even under conditions of vibration, part movement, and unstable environments.
MetraSCAN 3D provides accuracy up to 0.025 mm, high-resolution scans, and a fast transition from scanning to reporting. Blue laser technology allows for measuring shiny and reflective surfaces without special part preparation.
The system complies with strict VDI/VDE 2634 and ISO 10360 standards, and its performance is tested in an ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited laboratory.
